Refund policy
The Fashion House Store offers a 30-day return or exchange policy in case of a defective damaged piece, change of mind, or any other valid return or exchange reason. In the given period of time, the customer can avail the option to return or exchange the product for a new one. In case we do not have the required design in our stock, we will exchange it with some other product designs of your choice. All the customer has to do is pay the delivery charges of the product he/she wishes to return or exchange. Also, it is mandatory to attach the invoice/bill of the purchased product for verification.
Furthermore, all products purchased from The Fashion House can be exchanged & returned within 30 days only if:
- The product is faulty, damaged, or defective.
- The product delivered does not match the original specifications of the product or fails to be identical to what the customer had actually purchased.
The customer has had a change of mind and no longer wants the product
In case a product is found to be faulty or damaged, the customer will have to send the defective product back to The Fashion House at his own expense within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt, The Fashion House shall issue a replacement or a refund within 10 to 15 working days.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of usage by the customer.
- The product has been tampered with.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
